A large city in Northern California began experiencing problems with with reflective traffic signs being tagged wth spray paint and endelible markers. The city searched for a solution that would remove the unwanted marking without damaging the clear coat and reflective properties of the signs. After trying srubbing with paint thinner to remove spray paint from concrete, a hotel chain maintenance manager was unable to remove all of the graffiti and had to result to trying to match the color of the concrete and paint over the graffiti.
